Scammers. Spent around £100 on a perfume and a nail varnish. Package appeared fine on arrival, but upon opening nail varnish lid had come loose and leaked everywhere. Wiped clean the perfume (no time to return for refund as was needed next day for a gift). Contacted Notino for returns label to return faulty £5 nail varnish for a refund and they have refused! This is illegal and contrary to UK distant selling regulations. I am now reporting this company to Trading Standards as they continue to refuse to accept the return of a faulty product. A £100 order and all I have asked for is £5 back upon return of faulty product. God help anyone who wants to return anything of any value.

Just received my order of Armani,and I am very pleased with it.thank you notino.i also want to thank you for the free sample of CK.it was a wonderful surprise and I'm truly grateful.your service has been truly outstanding.also the delivery by DPD was also good, quick delivery and was kept informed from start to finish.i have read some unhappy reviews but I personally haven't had any issues whatsoever,so for that reason thanks Notino and DPD.

I ordered 3 different perfumes and i paid extra for next day delivery the item was delivered when i wasnt home I didn’t receive any email or anything apparently they said that the left the item outside my house when i live in a estate with several other houses around I’ve been in contact with customer service and they have been saying that they’re doing investigation for the past 2 weeks even tho i paid for insurance i should not be liable for what happens to the product if its not directly handed to me i am very disappointed with this service I’ve spent of 400 euro with notino and to be treated like this is just rude

Fraudulents and scammers ! - price at checkout lower than on invoice ( ready to download 2 days after placing order ) and response from some Yekaterina :” at this stage there is nothing we can do “ when I asked for refund the difference.

3 times both 3 items.. it shows they have stock, purchased it saw notino took money from my account but next day they send me mails saying order has been cancelled.
It happens 3 times for 3 different items.
Customer service is as bad as they can be.
No help offered only they said don't worry you ll get your money back.

Reliable deliveries and often the best price for perfumes, with a wide range. My friend just found her favourite perfume on Notino ( First, Van cleef and Arpels) , when she had not found it anywhere else.

I love Notino! Great prices and an enormous range of products. Quick delivery too...the only issue I have is the packaging, the biodegradable paper has been replaced with plastic bubble wrap.

Originally, I was very hesitant with this site. However, I was able to fund a discontinued perfume. Order arrived before the estimated delivery date. Will use it in the future.

I have a weakness for perfume & always wear perfume every day but change which one I use depending what mood I'm in. I had almost finished my Jimmy Choo Floral perfume which is one of my favourites, so was really pleased to find it in stock at a reasonable price with Notino.
Delivery was quick & it was well packaged, so I will order again when my stock of perfume goes down. Thank you.

I bought Daisy Ever so Fresh as a birthday present after using pricerunner to compare prices. Notino had a fantastic offer on the 125ml edp which was equivalent to 30ml in high st stores. It was delivered just in time. Looking at the background to Notino I'm assuming that the product is being shipped from Europe so delivery times are going to be much longer. Don't assume a 48 hour turnaround - mine took a week.

First time I have used Notino. They were prompt with my delivery it was on a good offer and they constantly kept me informed about delivery. I will continue to use them as it was an excellent service.

Notino have a very easy and clear website, some great prices and my products arrived well packaged and in good order. I was sent updating messages every step of the way. Will use again.

The product is good. The delivery was delayed. The order was a gift. I was disappointed that it couldn't be gift boxed because the order was bigger than the gift. I also missed that it was not possible to write at least a dedication. Minimum you should be consider add option gift card with text for bigger orders. Or bigger boxes too.
